Workout- Progressive Run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 65 and nice- a bit windy... Dirt roads (8 mile loop)

Comments:
Felt pretty good- it definitely hurt, but I made sure to stay relaxed. Progressed pretty well!

1-4.57 ... 29:00- 6:21 pace avg
4.57-5.57 ... 5:35 (1 mile)
5.57-6.57 ... 5:38 (1 mile)
6.57-8.15 ... 8:46 (1.58 miles)- 5:32 pace avg

The first few miles were just easing into it. Tried to stay slow but couldn't help but go a little bit too fast..
Looks like the last 3.5 miles were about the same (low 5:30s). However, I hit the wind in the last 1.57, which means I may have gone faster at the end, but who knows.. Had a hillier mile when I ran 5:32 so I have no idea. Solid workout though!
