Ran @ Chateau 50/50's. I felt a bit tired, but like the rhythm of this workout. Sorry about the lost brick in the beginning...I need to get more cones. Some very fast 1000's on thick grass. It always feels so great to take my shoes off after the first few repeats. It helps me reset and get ready for the rest of the workout.
