Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
3 Sets of the circut
Clean x 15 with 75lbs (Hard I swiched the weight size with takes some pressure off my back by not making me go down so far)
Squat to Jerk x 15 with 75lbs (This was even harder than the cleans. The last set I was almost dropping the bar on my sholders but I was able to complete the set which was good. But my arms are definitly shot tonight)
Pushups x 15 ( Thses wern't to bad but as the sets wore on they got harder and harded until I was struggling to get the last couple)
Pullups/Rowups x 15 (I moved it to Rowups today because I knew there was no way I would get 15 pullups and I want to get the reps in because it'll work my arms more arobicly that way)
DB Arm runs x 20 each with 12 in each hand (definity tough to pump the arms through the last few reps each and it burned my arms for the dips)
Bench Dips x 15 (These got tougher and tougher as the workout wore on. Definitly worked out the arms tough today)
General Notes: Tried to push the time between lifts within sets epecially the second and third ones. I completed those lifts in about 5 minnutes each which was good and definitly got me a better workout.
