Comments:
Its sure has been a while since I did a morning run, but after yesterday I had to take matters into my own hands. Nice sunny day and the temp was actually much more mild. I felt good and enjoyed it. Sweat a lot and tried to stay in the shade. Felt good up the hill too kept the pace then took it easy coming back down. Knees and IT band a little tight overall actually, only when I stopped at stoplights though. Overall kinda boring not a lot of people out and about, I would have expected more for a Saturday morning.
Essentials: Stretch
Re-hydration and stretch on the front lawn when I got back. Felt pretty good. Wanted to roll hopefully get to that later but I was drenched in sweat so I had to clean up quickly.
