ED Trail

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Muggy and humid today due to the rain in the morning. Ran at a good time though had to digest the brunch we had this morning with Christian before he left. I was eager to run I guess. Just headed out nice and easy, it was much more comfortable with the cooler temperature today at least. Felt real solid on the path actually, started rehearsing my talk in my head. Rolled my right ankle right as I got onto the trail though, so I had to take it down a notch and pay attention a little more on the way back. Didnt slow down a whole lot it held up. Tight and weak when I finally got back though.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and super necessary rolling. My IT band just felt super tight and I really wanted to work it out. Felt very good, but probably needs some more rolling. Got to work on the ankle as well stretching that out to reduce swelling and soreness.
