Today was an early morning run since I started my job so I woke up at 5 in the morning and put in a good 7 mile run. It was all roads and it was a good run except I was starving I didnt eat anything so I was so dead but mentally I was strong to finish the run so I did and when I got home I scoured for food and just ate...I know crazy. Anyways, it was a good run and I hit my mileage goal for this week which was supposed ot be 45 miles..i think i landed around 44ish so its good.
