Two Halves Don't Make a Whole Treadmill

Sleep: 5.5 hr. Got up for the run this morning. Tried the other machine this morning with the working TV, but couldn't get the belt to start, switched back to the other machine without TV, planned workout was 10 min up, 2:1 tempo intervals, 10 min down, things were going well until the first recovery period, I couldn't get the Speed Down button to work, reset the belt speed and just ran the rest of it out at a relaxed pace, stretch.
