Comments:
Ran 6+ miles with Kraig at 5:45 AM. We ran the canal loop and threw in 6 surges of 2 x 30 seconds, 2 x 40 seconds and 2 x 60 seconds. Good way to get in 7 miles before 7 AM. Perfect weather.
