Comments:
Still busy busy busy... Got just so much going on, but thats how you get work done. I knew I wanted to run badly today. Ankle feels fine, so I just threw on my shoes when I got home and got out there. Short stuff just enough to get the legs moving. Felt good wish I could have gone longer but I was getting hungry and I still had some more planning to do.
Essentials: Stretch
Sweaty stretch when I got home it was ok. Legs feel alright actually. Def glad I fit something in though.
