Comments:
In the Hudson Valley. We took a long family power walk while waiting for my grandparents who were hopelessly lost to join us at this house. (The supposedly 2 hour drive from NJ to here took them almost 4 hours so the walk extended). Then later, I aqua jogged for 10 minutes in the pond that's basically in our back yard. Forgot about strength, but did some mental strength by jumping off the diving board that was much higher than a normal one!
