Comments:
Ran my first workout in a LONG time. Did 200, 400, 600, 800, 800, 600, 400, 200 meters on the track. Rest time was 1-2 minutes. I kept roughly 6:00 min/mile pace throughout. Definitely slower than when I was on the team... :(
