Pond Loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Shake out before hitting the road. Def had just enough time to digest breakfast. Started out slow to work into it but ended up getting to a nice pace. Felt pretty comfortable. It was just an amazingly beautiful day. I tried to appreciate the nature, the small town feel, since I will be in sprawling megacity metropolis for the next 2 weeks (really though Tokyo and NYC are 1-2 biggest cites in the world). Its nice to recognize how pretty it is here, how comfortable, but its also really cool to see something different every once and a while. Also nice to stop by campus for a little, remember where I come from. On the way back, came down Lincoln, stomach cramping a little but I finished up strong.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Rehydrated and stretched outside a little then came in. Had to roll out IT feels tight, not while running, just afterwards. Legs are probably going to get a lot tighter... Hopefully can keep up with log, just chronicling adventures and how my legs feel. Wifi should be around, if not Ill keep up with it, if I can even remember what day it actually is.
