Comments:
Ran Overlook, expect instead of going to Farrell Park I went to Dorset Park. That brought me down the same road I came on (towards the school). Ran up the bike path. It was essentially a lollipop run.
Left IT band towards my hip tightened up at around 4 miles. Stopped and stretched it.
