Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Shitty night's sleep: I felt my knee a bit rolling around, then I woke up at 0130 with a R calf cramp and THEN I had a dream I had a stressie in my L leg. CRIPES.

AM circuits. Easy morning's work, then noon run with Jeff. I thought about doing my tempo at lunch but if it went badly, I didn't want that sucking me down for the rest of the day.

Pre-run, the knee was feeling better, but I'm STILL feeling the GD L hip! MFer. Still don't know for sure what's going on there. Pre-run did back stretches, hip stretches, then back foam roll.

The run went GREAT. Stride felt pretty good early, with some slight soreness at the tib tubercle L. Very chatty on the PRE trails then in our "home stretch" we opened it up a bit. It FELT GREAT. Wow. Not sure if I've ever felt my stride that "open" before! Wow.

Hope this bodes well for the AT this afternoon...
