Weather: nice.
Comments:
went out with anna on the trails for the first 31 minutes. (4 miles) .. then finished the last 2.38 miles at 6:09 pace, there was a downhill, and i was feeling great.but i dont understand how i can run that fast... i mapped it out and certain of the time and everything.
