Solid Long Run

Weather: 65 and calm, sunny

Comments:
Refreshing to have a good run after a really tough week trying to recover.. I felt the best starting the run than any other this week. My hips were getting sore towards the end (especially when I hit the hills -- Plum Creek, 57th) but I actually felt like I had some energy left when I finished, which is not normal for a long run. I'm happy! Hopefully I can recover before Tuesday or Wednesday when I try a steady state
