Comments:
This was sort of bad. I had to stop to use the bathroom twice in the first two miles. I then managed to get into a rhythm for a while, but then cramped up for about the last mile. This was supposed to be my long run, which should have been 14, but I was not feeling good and was already over my weekly mileage, so I stopped after 12.
