Comments:
we did a small loop and then ran back to bernon for the gauntlet loops/stations/indian runs thing again. this time we did sets of 5 loops for the gauntlet, and we did the entire thing 3 times. it was intense. the time and mileage doesnt count the indian runs or gauntlets, and the pace is just messed up for idk what reason. still tight as heck, NEED TO STRETCH!
