10min warmup. I wasn't interested in doing a workout today since they haven't been going as well as I would have hoped, but this went really well!!! I ran with Alex (only a few seconds behind my usual group)and I felt really in control of the workout: (7:31, 5:01, 5:05, 4:59, 87). 11min cooldown, abs, pushups, 10min icebath
