Weather: 62, beautiful-- dirt roads, 10mile loop
Comments:
Felt completely relaxed. Breathing easy. Legs felt good, hurt a little bit the first mile or two. Ankles are sore after, probably from slipping and sliding on the dirt roads.
Overall, probably the best training run of my life. Never have I worked so little and gotten such good results. Things are looking good for the season.. I need to make sure I keep it relaxed and not do too much. Clearly I don't need a lot --besides good mileage-- to get into good shape. Totally stoked about this workout.
