Comments:
My stomach was bothering me for most of this workout and it made things harder than they otherwise would have been. The tempo felt relaxed the whole time, though I had a feeling of inexplicable crappiness toward the end. I managed to run right on pace (28:43) through five and 5:32 for the last mile. My heart rate was 184, which is a little higher than I'd like, but not too bad. My legs felt generally good again. I was dreading the 300s, but they felt good anyway.
