About 82 degrees or so. Ran 1200 meter repeats from the start line of course, around the first hill loop, and back to the start line. Did 5 repeats of those, plus a two mile warm-up and a one mile cool-down. Felt pretty bad, and could only go hard on 2nd and 5th repeat. I was very very dehydrated and it took a toll on me. Make sure to DRINK DURING THE DAY as much as possible. Final distance 6.5 miles.
