Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 80, nice
Comments:
Treated 3 kids til just after noon, then went for a second run. Ran easy (no HRM due to chafe) around some light country roads for 2.5 miles, then came back to the football stadium
The field is a little "ratch", but had nice spots and some dry, rough spots- actually good foot training. Ran clockwise for 2.5mi, then ran back to the car, and decided against adding on.
Drove to Medford and hunkered at Starbz just long enough to hear from CA, then headed over to In N Out for x4 protein styles, then picked her up. Ate 'em on the tailgate, then drove home!
Didn't get back in time for yoga, but lifted.
GOOD trip, and REALLY cool to work in that capacity! I may not be seeing those folks again, but the overall word-of-mouth (and "do good works" idea) will pay off.
