3x "easy" Baldy

Weather: 70s, but humid!?

Comments:
Had a 7:30 patient, but spent a bunch of time afterward catching up on paperwork from yesterday. CA had to work, so when I was done, I ran some solo Baldies.

I wanted them to be "sustainable effort", so I decided to only mind HR and to NOT look at splits ("no judgment") 'til the end.

It was overcast and HUMID, which was weird, so it got hot, quick!

Felt OK, but it was an effort to keep them easy. Could definitely tell I was holding back, especially after the first one, when I had sweat rolling off the elbows.

Form focus
- tall & forward
- knees back
- strong feet
- pelvis left
- pelvis push-down

Downs were more conservative. Ran in the road N1s to force me to be more gentle, to protect my left hip. Turns out, I didn't feel it AT ALL.

11:12! (166), 7:46 (136 - after stopping up top for a bit)

Jogged easy back home.

NO hip pain, which was great!
