Comments:
Down to MLK for a 5 mile tempo at pace. Pretty hot so if I struggled with the pace, was going to adjust. Felt good, and was running a little too quick for the first 3.5. The rest was definitely harder. HR at the end was 190s which is a tempo PR I'd bet..however, it was hot. Without the heat I think it would have been in the proper range.

Slower last mile.
