First Time Goo-er

Comments:
Tried Goo for the first time on this long run. Wanted to experiment with it to see if I felt a difference so if so, I can use it in the half. Took it at just past 8/15, and did feel significantly less achy at the end in my legs. Overall, did not feel as tired for the last 7. Stomach tolerated well - gulp of water before and after Salted Watermelon flavor.

Good long run with Brendan's girlfriend Holly with Brendan and Abby on bikes. On the bike path near Abby's parent's development and then in and out of more developments. Felt good.

Stretch, roll, core.
