Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Lifted for the first time since early track season. I remembered most of the things on the list except for single leg deadlifts which I had never done before. I felt kind of tired from lifting when we started running but it faded away quickly. We ran 3 miles to the end of giles trails then turned around. Liam got really excited when he was talking about the Turkey Trot. Last fall I ran in the Turkey Trot with Grace and that's where we did the pre Regionals tempo.
