Comments:
I was a bit sore from lifting today, but otherwise I felt good. The run was easy, we just went up Remington and then back down Giles. Zoe asked if we could run faster but I didn't say anything. Nisha was having some trouble with her breathing and Grace said she was tired. I'm not sure how Charlotte or Ingrid were feeling on the run. We did 8x30 sec hills when we got back. I thought they were easy because they would end right when it started becoming more difficult and we had a lot of time to walk in between reps. Hurdles after.
