Grind tempo from home. Felt pretty dang haggard, even after the day off! Yeesh! STarted off OK, but once it was time to pick it up, there wasn't much "go" in the legs.

Again, I like this loop because it's rough at first, then hilly (several 50-100' grind climbs), then flat. Cut the tempo a mile short because I was just DONE! Pretty thrashed!

PM: no extra run. Was just too gassed. Going to get a massage from Kelly tomorrow.
