easy from the house with CA, 4x200 at SEHS, then Rexius/Headwaters

Slept IN after last night's camp-mosquito debacle. Felt rested, but still a little rough

Ran easy with CA, mid-morning. It was getting HOT, so the pace was pretty slow. Went to SEHS, and I suggested 4x200. We both did 'em, but not too fast. Ran clockwise again:

Good cutdown, as on each rep, I tweaked a few stride elements to get more power.

From there: easy south, along Rexius, then all the way up Headwaters. We BOTH felt crappy so we just ran easy down Fox Hollow back to home.
