Getting back into the grind. First full day of work, still a little jet lagged I woke up pretty early but managed to stay the whole day. Actually got a stomach cramp in the evening, really really hungry. I had to eat as soon as I got home. Weird maybe I am adjusting to Western food or just my regular routine where I get hungry through out the day. Wasnt ever this hungry during the trip even though I feel like I ate a lot less. Anyways, I had to chill out and digest, but knew I really wanted to get in a run sometime, just to get the legs moving again. Its been so long. Headed out into the night, temperature was still reasonable. Starting out, it felt great, like I hadnt missed a day. I definitely missed it a lot though and realized that as soon as I headed out. Just went up the bike path and did an easy loop home. Stomach did start to tighten up a little bit on the way back but I managed. Somehow didnt digest enough. Also the sprinklers were on at the golf course and it was dark so I had to run by them quickly so I didnt get all wet.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Ohh had to stretch when I got back. Felt sooo stiff its was tough to really stretch out. That might take awhile now. Rolling did help though. My IT has been tight the past few days just walking around, so I wanted to get back onto that. Hopefully the weather starts getting a little more mild and I have the time to get more miles in. Today felt good, realized I really missed it. I always look forward to that new season weather too, brings back good memories.
