I dedicated today to trying to absorb as much Olympics as possible since I didnt really get to watch any of it so far. It was nice to recharge as well and get back on East Coast time and prepare for a work week. It was still kinda hot out when I did eventually go out. I started out slow, felt very sore from yesterday, mostly in the quads. Held the good pace on the hill though. Coming back down, my stomach started to cramp up a little bit. I think I am getting used to my old diet, and for all things considered the Japanese diet is pretty good. Must mean American food sucks. Anyways I went pretty slow on the whole way back just taking it easy. Feels even better to get back into it.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretch and sit on the front yard when I got back. It was hard to fully stretch out, felt tired and tight. Gonna take a while to get my legs really moving. Still feel in much better shape than I would expect for 2 full weeks off.
