Felt off again today, but I was running faster than last year doing the same workout. I saw many people running super fast, much faster than we were last year as a whole, which is kind of the story this year. Lots of hard work is paying off. Remember, we get a bit of an off week next week at Bob Firman, so get lots of rest and especially drink tons in the next 48 hours. You'll be surprised what water can do for muscle fatigue and recovery. Run Like the Dickens
