These definitely got harder as we went along but the good news is they also got faster. To me repeat workouts like this are The Workout for getting fast. This is the kind of workout that really stretches me, forcing me to "dig deep" to continue to run faster and faster while getting more and more fatigued. Ultimately after completing a workout like this my confidence is soaring (and confidence is huge in running). I was pretty impressed with the effort I saw today. This kind of hard work will pay off. Great workout everybody.
