Comments:
Still feeling tired and recharging. Woke up really early this morning then couldnt really go back to sleep and I just chilled watching more Olympics all day. Tired right before heading out but my legs were too tight not to at least shake out. This was still a struggle felt creaky and slow most of the time around. It wasnt unbearable weather though which was nice. Just took it slow and tried to shake the sore legs out when I could. Quads especially tight.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roller
Felt super unflexible and tight stretching outside, and then worked with the stick roller a little bit inside that felt better. IT bands tight overall. I started to notice some people moving in during my run, a nice sight to see it should be getting a little more lively around town now.
