Comments:
We started all together and then some girls turned back at around 3-4 miles. There were a few construction vehicles working on the trail but we didn't have to stop for them. I love long and slow runs like this because I feel like I could just keep going for hours. We did hurdle drills after and then abs. I'm excited for the scavenger hunt this week; partly because Lizzy said there would be donuts.
I'm going to hit 300 miles for the summer on Thursday.
