TRIPLE run: solo and barefoot, then grind with Dan & Co, then easy long with CA

Weather: like 60, and TONS of rain!

Comments:
Felt better but still had some sizeable gutrot. I'd made plans to run with Dan Schwamberger, UWEC coach, since he was in town, so he, another EC alum (Jeremy Keiser) and two other guys came along.

I ran solo a good four, easy miles (including 2.5 barefoot) before they arrived. From there we did a legit climber route:

- up Fox Hollow (young guy road grind effort, so like threshold!)
- up Owl
- Ridgeline, then HIKE up North Face
- EASY down to Ridgeline, then over to Dillard
- up (moderate) Baldy, then down

That was about 10mi. We were done and I still felt iffy...and to be honest, I had ZERO heart to do a long-ass day "fluff massaging" at the Trials so I called in sick again.

CA had to go for her run (after her old CC coach canceled on her)...so I just ran again! We ran easy down to Amazon, then up Headwaters, a Dillard loop, over to Willamette, then the backside to Blanton, then back on the trail. Long, easy (and at times, grindy) run, but good.

Run 1: 4, 120 hr
Run 2: 8, 150 hr
Run 3: 14.9, 131 hr
--total: 27

Solid run, and just good overall base long run work.

Rest of the day: general work and hanging out. Didn't watch any trials, really, until the 1500s on my computer.

Bleh, just wasn't into it this year...bummer.
