Exercise Type: Run
Weather: mid 70s, humid!
Comments:
Saw a patient in the AM, then CA met me at the clinic, and we ran to the ATA track, a couple miles west. It's a solid option, while the SEHS is overrun with Trials athletes.
It wasn't super-hot, but pretty humid, so overall moderate conditions. Did this workout solo, while CA did some 200s or 400s.

Was very "process-oriented": didn't care about splits, but was more form and sustainability-focused, and it worked well!
Focus:
- CURVES: pelvic depression-pushoff L, pelvis L, trunk R
- STRAIGHTS: forward & tall, strong feet, pull longer with the right leg, knees out
Felt really good! And the splits were solid:

Then finished with x6 barefoot 100yd stries on the infield, then jogged back to the clinic.
PM: worked my first shift at the Oly Trials. It was...OK. Chatted a bunch with Christina Howard, and Justin Banks (old coworker), but did really no PT work. Did so some overflow "fluff" massages of sprinters...which, frankly, was pretty lame.
POURED rain! crazy!
