Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good run on campus. After yesterdays rest, I wanted to run hard, but legs still werent really having it. I tried to push the pace, but overall legs felt heavy and I felt like I had to work harder than I should. Did two laps around campus. Saw a bunch of people. Midway out I remembered that I forgot to turn off Pokemon Go so I had to run back to the parking lot, then I just went and did another lap. It was fine to repeat havent really run around campus in a while. On the second time around, I tried to pass another kid running and just dusted him, so that helped keep the pace up. Did a few easy striders when I got back since I really wanted to shake the soreness out of my legs.
Essentials: Stretch
Tried to do some stretching in the parking lot. It was ok I actually felt more flexible than I have in the past few days which is great. Weather was good though much warmer this afternoon than this morning. Just getting the fresh air is the best.
