Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a workout at Churchville Park. It felt like an actual workout! I also had to wear a sweatshirt setting up the cones at 7 AM. The team did repeat miles on an 800 meter circle through the park. I ran with the 1st group and did 4 x 1 mile and 1 x 800. Started "easy" and then picked it up for the last 2. My times were 6:03, 6:01, 5:44, 5:34 and 2:51. Felt great. Long cool down run in the park.
