Comments:
We ran to Cass Park and then split into our tempo groups. Grace and I ran together, and we stayed slightly behind Charlotte and Lizzy because their tempo pace was supposed to be about 5-10 seconds faster than ours. It seemed like it was harder than usual to go at our tempo pace, possibly because of the dewy grass. I felt better today than I did at the Cornell tempos.
