Furious day today. Just go go go. It was nice at night but I still had work to do, got around to a little stress release right before bed. Just messing around in the side room, been a while since I did any type of strength. For the most part it was good. I accidentally washed my note with my 300 abs workout on it, need to find that again. Made up a new workout with the weights which would be fun to do after abs now. 10 exercises of 10 reps with 10 lbs. Order is:
1) Front DB lift
2) Straight leg deadlift
3) DB Pushups
4) DB shoulder press
5) Crunches
6) Russian Twist
7) Bicep curls
8) Overhead Triceps
9) Reverse Prone Bench Press
10) Squats
Did the circuit 2 times. Better than nothing, but looking forward to getting back into the gym actually. Want to feel stronger, should help with the running since I have felt slow and sluggish since I got back. Goal now is a strong race at the Homecoming 5k.
