Comments:
Legs still feeling sluggish, but again I tried to at least push the pace. Hill back up to town was tough but I stayed really strong on it. Eased up on the pace coming back down the hill. Town was a little more lively today people are starting to head back. It was surprisingly humid too, felt like a storm should have rolled in but nothing ever showed up.
Essentials: Stretch
Tough time stretching. Felt tight and I was really sweaty. Could use an ice bath actually, or a real good rolling session
