Steady state- 7.5 miles: 43:15 (5:45 pace)
2.5 mile warmup, 1.5 mile cool down
Started off relaxed, and I was way behind the guys (ran with Graham).. Caught two of them, but I was about a minute behind the others. Thought my legs would warm up, and they sort of did, but they were really dead overall.
When I finished, I just about puked. I was really light-headed, and must have been extremely dehydrated. I was hydrated before the workout, but my shorts were completely soaked so it must have been really humid + working hard for 7.5 miles. Yikes. But solid pace for being a "bad" workout.
