Comments:
Hill workout in the AM. Went to Depot and ran hill repeats up it. Did 2x90 seconds, jog down, 2x75 seconds, jog down...all the way to 30 seconds. Skipped the 15 second hill pushes. Was pretty dead afterward. Cooled down up North Street back to campus.
