Weather: kinda hot but good
Comments:
Original workout was 6x1200 at 5k pace with 3 minutes rest at the park next to tilden, loop was 30 meters or so over 1200 as measured by josh, but the rest became 3:00-3:30 so that warranted a 7th one.
