Weekly Tempo

Comments:
Down to MLK for the weekly tempo on another lovely afternoon. Another 5 miler @ goal pace. Was curious with how I'd feel with having raced on Saturday. Felt pretty good. Even pace for the first 2. 4 was slow then 5 was fast. Forgot to get the HR but pace definitely felt easier for a while before the end.
