Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got to sleep in a little bit more today feeling so so tired. I then took the Germans out for brunch. So full after that it took me a while to digest, in fact I dont think I was fully digested by the time I went out. Started out slow just in case and actually worked into it, but just felt sore and heavy most of the time. It was pretty sunny and hot out too. Going up the hill was tough, but after that had a nice coast downhill. Thats when my stomach started to cramp up. From downtown back home I was feeling it and it wasnt good. That Southwest Skillet is not a good prerace food... Slowed down a lot on the way back and basically walked it in. Ugh overall got the mileage under my feet but it was tough.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretching and sitting and the cramp went away, but I was just tired and sweaty. A nice breeze was coming through. Calves surprisingly tight. I want to get in some more good run soon but I think this next week is gonna be a shit show. Anyways I could welcome some cooler running weather with that.
