5 Mile Drive

Comments:
Easy run today, we did a variation of 5 mile drive. I did strides in my spikes when we got back. I really like my spikes, I forgot how comfortable they are. Zoe and I are going to meet early tomorrow morning to do the workout because we have Link Crew training from 8-3:30. I can't believe this is the last full week of summer. Hopefully our schedules will be delivered soon.
