xc workout

Comments:
today we went to the cemeraty near the beef barn for an interval workout. we started off with 3 sets of 2:30 hard running intervals, with 1:45 recovery in between. then we had 5 sets of 45 second sprints, with 90 seconds recovery in between those. after a 3 minute break, we had 3 more sets of 2:30 hard running with the same 1:45 recovery in between. it was a very intense workout. felt really tight and hipflexers especially impeded my running. i was also sick, so that might have contributed to me running like crap today. mileage is a complete guess, time is correct, and pace will be weird cause its a workout.
